My clients, David and Mark, are passionate about connecting the average person with influential scientific research, and helping them fund pilot studies they are interested in. As a start up, they came to me to design and produce an informational website with a clean design.
With that site up and running, they were able to secure additional funding to move forward to their real vision for the site. I produced the design and front-end code for a majority of this version, which provides the ability for scientists, and the average person to connect, as well as allow scientists themselves to share their ideas.

I created an initial design as FundScience was just getting started. Then, with more funding, they were ready to expand their site well beyond the initial design.
Graphic Design And Branding
Business Cards
I designed multiple business card options for the founders of FundScience, who then picked a final one, and I provided them with the required files for printing them.
Website Development
HTML, CSS
The initial site was coded in HTML and CSS. Development of the second site involved a back-end developer, so I produced the HTML and CSS framework off the design which the developer then implemented with the back-end code.
User Experience Design And Testing
Information Architecture
The relaunch of the site involved a more complex architecture than the initial site. I created a flow chart to explain how users would progress throughout the site and how information would be passed.
